Care Instructions

Please ignore the care instructions on the tag attached to your T-shirt as this is for blank, un-printed garments only.

Instead, please follow these instructions:

  • Wash your shirts at 40 degrees C or less
  • Do not tumble-dry
  • Set your iron to a cool setting, and iron on the reverse (T-shirt inside-out)

This should ensure your tee (and the print thereon) lasts as long as possible.


Shipping

Being kind to the environment is important to us, so by the end of March 2019, all orders will be shipped in eco-friendly plastic-free packaging.

Delivery Estimates are as follows:

Standard shipping (Royal Mail)

This is the cheapest option available. It’s an untracked service, though typically it’s very fast. Often orders shipped with Royal Mail’s 1st Class service arrive the next working day but can take up to 3 working days to arrive (in the UK).

Delivery Estimates:

  • UK – 1 to 3 working days
  • EU – 3 to 5 working days
  • Everywhere else – 7 to 10 working days

Recorded Shipping (Royal Mail Signed For)

This is a proof of delivery service. In the UK orders are tracked on delivery, meaning once the parcel has been signed for the Royal Mail will have a record of who signed, and when. When shipped outside of the UK your parcel is tracked as it enters the shipping country as well as proof being obtained when it’s delivered.

Delivery Estimates:

  • UK – 1 to 3 working days
  • EU – 3 to 5 working days
  • Everywhere else – 7 to 10 working days

Courier Shipping (DPD Next Day)

This shipping method is tracked throughout its journey, and proof of delivery is obtained when delivered. The ‘next day’ service refers to the UK, where all parcels are delivered the next working day. Delivery estimates for other countries are slightly longer.

Delivery estimates:

  • UK – next working day
  • EU – 3 to 5 working days
  • Everywhere else – 5 to 7 working days

T-Shirt Sizes

T-Shirt Sizing Charts

All sizes shown in inches and are on a to-fit basis. This means that the shirt will be larger than the size shown. For example, if the size range of an L is given as 42-44 inches, then it will fit someone of this chest size. The actual shirt will be larger. Otherwise, you couldn’t get it on and it would be skin tight.

Men’s T-Shirt Spec (Gildan Heavy Cotton-GD05)

(These tees are a nice heavy weight, with a good length. These stay long where other tees may shrink up in the wash.)

(Children’s tees are nice and soft, with a lighter weight than our adult offerings. If anything, they can run a little larger than expected, so there’s plenty of room for growth)

(please note, In our experience, we’ve found this top runs a little bit snug, so bear that in mind when choosing)

Returns

We follow a strict 14 day no quibble returns policy. This means that within 14 days of receipt we will accept your item back without fuss. We require that you email us first with your name, postcode and order number (if possible) and your preferred instruction (e.g exchange for a size smaller, issue refund etc.). We will respond A.S.A.P. with further instructions, please wait for our email before packaging anything. If you return your item before your receive our email or without providing us with the above information, it may take us longer to process your return.

We extend this 14 day period for purchases made in the month of December; such purchases can be returned before the 14th January the following year. This is to allow peace of mind when buying gifts for the holiday period.

If you are outside of this 14 day period and your purchase was not made in December please contact us, as in certain circumstances, we may still accept the return.

Please note: We will only accept returned items in the same condition as they were sent, this means unworn, undamaged (unless the item arrived damaged) and with the labels still intact. Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment.

The garment isn’t the colour I expected, can I return it?

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong colour, you can absolutely return it and we will send you a replacement. If we’ve sent you the colour you ordered however, we cannot accept it for return as it is a bespoke item that has been made just for you. The colours on screen all have names which appear when you select them, and the colour is also written next to your shirt in your basket. Please do check these carefully, as colours can appear differently on different monitors.

Faulty Goods

If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of delivery (including goods delivered with a print or manufac­tu­ring fault), the goods may be returned for either a full refund or replacement. Replacement is only offered after 28 days and before 12 months. In all queries relating to faulty goods we require customers to firstly provide photographic evidence via email, so we can investigate the issue.­ These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. (Please stick to the care instructions provided above).

How do I return my garment?

As stated above, please email us in the first instance and wait for us to respond with further instructions, before packaging anything. We will endeavour to respond A.S.A.P.

We will ask that you package the garment well to prevent damage, then send it to our returns address (confirmed in our email to you) using registered post or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.

Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. In cases where we do refund return postage, we will only refund the cost of standard Royal Mail registered post. If you choose to use any enhanced return option, such as Special Delivery, this will be at your expense. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. Returns are sent at your risk.
